Very mid store, ended up going in and not buying anything. Lots of disposable brands that have had recalls or carts that have been refilled, as in buying bulk disty and refilling into empty carts. Can’t trust that kind of stuff, if you just blindly buy without any research, you’re just part of the problem of the industry that allows this to keep happening.
In town visiting, had an amazing experience! Very kind and personable staff; very well informed about the products. Will be back!
Had a wonderful experience with this store. They do a great job providing a warm welcoming presence and cater to you like family. Highly recommend checking them out, their store is beautifully organized! 10/10 experience!
I had such a wonderful experience at Rooted on Newbury Street! The store itself is beautiful and peaceful, with a great selection. But what really stood out was the kindness of the staff. When I was leaving, there was a man outside the store yelling, screaming, and swinging his arms around. It was a bit scary, but the security lady immediately stepped in, stayed calm, and made sure I got out safely and away from the situation. She was so professional and caring, I felt completely protected. Rooted is not just a lovely place to shop, but also a place where they genuinely care about their customers’ safety and comfort. I can’t recommend this store enough!
My reviews are usually based on mobility-impaired folks and I can say this IS THE SPOT if you want downtown Boston and you need to drive... As you can see in my pictures plenty of places to park at about 9:30 on a weeknight... But this part of the street the stores are all pretty much shut down at this hour and there are at least 5 spots you could park for a few minutes and not get towed or ticketed. As for the weed I'll let you know LOL my first time here very kind, queen, professional, knowledgeable, they follow the law to the letter, and it's good to see because there's so many young people out there but they are not getting it here that's for sure without a valid ID! Bravo guys!
