If there’s ever an issue, they fix it immediately and without hassle. The vibe is always real, never forced. The atmosphere at both locations is beautiful—clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The product displays and overall layout show real attention to detail and care for the customer experience. Their hash products are the best you can get in Massachusetts, period. Flower can be batch-dependent, but once you learn which strains stay consistent, the quality and potency are absolutely there. I’m picky and have tried pretty much everything—Happy Valley still stands above the rest. What really separates them, though, is their point system, deals, and discounts. They are unbeatable and honestly underappreciated. Compared to literally every other dispensary in Massachusetts, Happy Valley is number one in every category—pricing, rewards, quality, and customer care. I absolutely LOVE Happy Valley!!!!! Hands down my favorite flower all honest and happy staff you live that ol’ school haze that you CANT find in dispensaries well let me tell you the genetics they have is the closest you’ll get I’m almost certain this is where marky mark got his SUPER LEMON HAZE in Ted that he raves about from here there’s no inflated percentages all quality from accessories to vapes I mean even the pre ground is high quality!!! So if you haven’t been here I suggest you try it out I come here every chance I get. Happy Valley makes me HAPPY!!!!

I’ve been lucky enough to get Sean at the times when I have limited funds, maybe feeling a little down or just need a good interaction and friendly face, it’s clutch every time! I know I’m getting hooked up and dealing with someone who truly cares about helping folks like myself (med patients) understand what’s available and what may or not or may not be useful for my condition.
