So first off I enjoy most of the products Insa has for purchase. I frequent here more than any other MA dispo. I have to say the last maybe 6/7 times I went, the greeter whose job is to check in and GREET, do not say a word. I’m spending money and I’m a patient and I can’t get a proper hello or welcome in when they see me often enough. I won’t call anyone out specifically but it has been more than 2 people who I have experienced this with. I’d be the happiest if I could be high at work all day like them, but it feels like I am disrupting their day by coming in and I don’t like that feeling. I hope to have better interactions going forward and give a higher star rating. Product is above average and customer service is below average. If they were to get tips I wouldn’t have left any for these visits. Please do better.

The medicine we receive here is better than at any other dispensary we have visited in our area. They have fantastic offers, even with the recent changes to promotions & pricing. No consumers like anything about the new hostile takeover of our company's superior deals The team at INSA makes us come back again and again. Austin, Shane, Mike, and Selina have always been incredible. I’m going to give this a shot, and I can only hope I get it right because I’m going on some good information. All the new staff who have joined the team are fantastic. They are Ania, Brittany, and Ari. I’m sure I missed someone, so please forgive my old brain.

I have been happy with every purchase that I have made and enjoyed the time I have spent there asking questions. The price and quality of everything has been great. They gave me two "20% off" coupons, they work for almost everything they sell. My only problem is that I had to go to a CVS to make a physical copy of my digital temporary state medical ID to be served the first time there. Just an inconvenience
