I am just gonna stop coming to this location when I first started coming here they had great people and fast service now they have people working there that can’t comprehend left from right and honestly it’s very disappointing… before people acknowledge me very well and were really nice now it just seems like the try their best to avoid doing their jobs …. I really dislike being ignored so best to take business elsewhere

UPDATE: The customer service team reached out to me to discuss my experience. I truly appreciated the concern. I have updated my review to 4 star I normally have a great experience at this location until last night 3/4. Went through the drive through and gave my ID’s (medical and license)…asked the guy working how much my order is in a very respectful manner as I’m used to having good service there. He replied “you placed the online order” and did not advise how much my order is but told me to put my money in the drawer. I told him I’m not giving any money until he tell me the price. He kept saying drop your money in the drawer and I will tell u. I asked for the manager. The manager said sometimes depending on the person working the window they will ask for the money first to try to speed up the process. I told him I’ve never had that happened to me ever at this location and I’ve been helped by several people. They take my id’s confirm my order and tell me my price in that order. I’m not giving anything until you tell me what I owe. Another gentleman came and assisted me very respectfully and with great customer service. It was the African American guy that got smart with me from the jump when I asked him how much my order was and kept saying drop the money and I will tell you. I will not be coming back there and I will also advise my friends to go elsewhere. I will also be proceeding with filing a complaint with the corporate office if any or with the BBB.

I've come here a few times and they've always been great! I was in a hurry this morning because my back pain has been getting bad, but Savannah was super quick and helpful, even though I went up to the counter without being called up. Def recommend coming here

Man, this place is great. Not only did they give me 20% off for my first time, but, I also had an additional $10 off credit that I was allowed to use concurrently. The staff was great, efficient, friendly, and had me taken care of in just a couple minutes. They have a drive-thru too.

Dan was great at handling my order today! I had a pretty big one and felt like I was holding up the line because there was a slight issue , but Dan was quick to fix the problem and quickly pack my order. He was very attentive and sweet in helping me today. 10/10 Recommend this location!!
