Great staff, always very friendly, I always leave with a smile! Not much more you can ask for. Convenient that they have an app, a drive thru, and great deals! I always go inside because I enjoy getting recommendations from the staff, they are very knowledgeable about the menu. 5 stars says it all!
I received my medical card in 2020. I have been to many dispensaries from Maryland all the way to Detroit Michigan. ER (Elevated releaf ) is by far one of my favorite go to places and will mostly be the only place I go because of the employees and services. From the products they have too the knowledge of the awesome employees is top tier. I also usually do an online order which their system is so easy to use and within 10-15 minutes I get a pick up text. I normally would be a drive thru customer but I choose to go inside just for the experience and pleasant employees. I also would like to give a shout out to Ms. Carrie at the front desk (I hope it’s spelled right) but not only was she so welcoming and sweet but she provides exceptional customer service ! I renewed my medical card and accidentally did my pre order on recreational. She fixed me right up and just all around provided top notch customer service ! Huge shout out to you Ms. Carrie & what a knowledgeable and pleasant bud tender I had as well Mr. Curtis ! You both rock !!
This was my 2nd time here I ordered online very easy. I picked up my order through the drive-thru. I got a text message when it was ready. Everything went smoothly and it was easy and no problems. Kyle met me at the drive-thru window and seemed happy to see & helped me I got my products and he said he WAS happy to take care of me!!! 10 stars for Kyle. I will be back!! Thanks!!
