my favorite dispensary ever! customer service is always welcoming and thorough, even when i’ve just come in and out for pickup. the pickup site was acting up this day, so i had to shop inside. molly was so sweet and patient helping me figure out an alternative method of payment to dutchie, and she welcomed any questions i had about the unfamiliar process.
It is always a pleasure to pick up and checkout with Patrick. He has always been helpful with recommendations and product knowledge that make me feel confident in my purchases. Patrick also provided my first dispensary checkout experience ever and I've been a loyal Herbifi customer ever since.
Ashley has helped me several times at HerbaFi and they have been a gem every time. We even found some common ground with our love of Avatar: The Last Airbender! Keep up the great work!
Placed order online, picked up. Sales rep did not ask if I had any questions, needed recommendations etc. Sales rep seemed largely uninterested in any conversation, as if I was interrupting something. Overall, neutral experience, received the items i paid for, and theyre good quality items.
Vicki was so pleasant and informative, she had spectacular patience with me as I struggled to make choices on their phenomenal menu. They have all the exclusives I’ve been searching far and wide for. They also have a really nice display case so you can see the products you want to purchase. 5/5 definitely would recommend to everyone, and I certainly will be returning.
