I had an amazing experience at Liberty Cannabis. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, clean, and very professional. The budtenders were extremely polite, knowledgeable, and patient. They took the time to answer all my questions, explain different strains and products, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for without making me feel rushed. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in what they do. Customer service like that is hard to find these days. Every interaction felt respectful and professional. This is my second time coming here, Both of my experiences here was completely terrible! First off, I made a pre-order usually they would text me like hey it’s ready and said it to the side, right…. Well, this time they actually gave one of the items that I ordered a way to a different person before I got there, and I specifically ordered that item because of the profile it had on it… just so everybody understands, I use cannabis medically I am a medical patient and it really does help my pain! So that is very, very, very disappointing when you’re looking forward to something specific and then you get there to pay for it and they’re like oh no we sold it to somebody else that’s terrible. Second off. I am an industry worker. It’s insane to me that they were giving me a very hard time about the discount. They were not trying to grant me my industry discount because when you first get your badge, you’re gonna have a temporary paper saying all your MCA information which is valid.- that’s literally all the proof I need. They tried to tell me I didn’t understand when they actually do not understand at all clearly… I showed them my badge like I am supposed to do and they were denying me then the manager named Carlos asked me to show him my paystub that’s so unprofessional, especially as a manager at a dispensary to ask a patient for their paystub where I don’t even work at …for proof when I’m already showing you my proof on my badge that I am an industry worker so it’s very concerning when a manager from the dispensary is asking A patient for their personal information like my paystub that is ridiculous….. I would give this place a half a star not even a one full star. This is a very poor excuse for a dispensary I must say and the fact that the GM named Carlos had the nerve to ask me to show him my paystub that is personal information and that’s not professional at all, he should’ve never asked to see my personal information. That’s a strike if you ask me, I already showed them my proof so I don’t know why they’re asking me to see my personal information…. Which I wonder if that is in line with the MCA regulations and COMAR? My advice from industry worker to another; Please next time maybe actually read the words that is on the badge - there a slip inside saying all off my current valid information with a date on it as a temp until the REAL badge comes with the picture on it. Thank you!

I’m just really confused … are all the positive reviews here from medical/medicinal users? I’m having trouble understanding how exactly a non-medical user even buys something here? I came in today and the woman up front checking IDs was delightful (probably a large part of the reason this isn’t a one star review, because my first impression was exceptional). But when I walked in, there was a line with a sign next to it that said “medical only”…I looked around and saw there was no other place to wait so I just got in that line anyway, despite my purpose not being medical. I got to the register & asked if I’m in the right place and the man at the register replied - sounding extremely irritated and inconvenienced - that I “just have to wait.” I asked for what lol and he said “medical purchasers get priority, you have to go back to the end of the line” but….I had just come from & waited in that line?! It seemed like what he essentially said (or implied? I can’t remember the exact terminology) was that as long as there are people shopping for a medical purpose, I have to wait……like…..until they’re ALL gone lol. I waited about 2-4 minutes but within that time period a handful of new people walked in and got in the line so I couldn’t really imagine a scenario where … no one was there …. at which point I would presumably be assisted. I just left. Super weird experience. Despite that - I will say the place looks clean & well organized, and the customers all seemed super friendly. Parking was okay when I arrived, I could definitely see it potentially being a bigger challenge during really busy times. Overall, if I was a medical user I would absolutely come here again…I just didn’t like it enough to wait an entirely unpredictable period of time for something that may never happen.
