This is my favorite dispensary everyone here is always super nice and helpful. But I will say if someone is picking up an order maybe don’t be so loud and insinuate someone is having a party and yelling the price very loudly. I feel that discretion should be a top priority. Especially dealing with MEDICAL PATIENTS. Good service otherwise.
My over all review has been revised to reflect the solution to the on line order and pick up concerns that I noted in my first review below. I just had to sign into my current Curaleaf account via another method and everything worked out fine. The Reisterstown location is an over all positive 5 star experience. The instore personnel are great to work with and are always patient and attentive. Instore merits a 5 star review every visit. My concerns are with online ordering or the lack their of. Online ordering and in store pick up was so convenient and easy for the longest time. Not sure what happened but I can no longer order on line and my account isn't even recognized although I am providing the proper log in credentials etc. Adult user who would like to know What Happened to on line ordering and will it get rectified?

No type of communication, snow stopped 3 days ago an they still haven’t cleared the snow, inconveniencing the customers, other businesses have done that and resume regular service, this just to sho that they don’t care about the business and their customers, I was on the website and didn’t say nothing about being closed or modified hours, normally a good place but of recent they have been so off, last week one of their employees forgot half my order and handed me the bag, so glad I checked my bag before leaving, things should be in place that’ll make the business run that even on a bad day business is still running. Disappointed is an understatement as yall wanted my time and money do better
Tamera was my cashier at Curaleaf and she was amazing! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the checkout process quick and easy. She took the time to answer my questions and had such a positive attitude the whole time. Great customer service—she really made my visit a pleasant one. Highly recommend! Appreciate the hat 💯
