NCW - convenient dispensary, helpful staff, savings discounts While there are several dispensaries in the Cecil/Harford County area, we choose NCW for its ease of access off Rt 40, its pleasant and helpful staff and its value-priced deals throughout the week. In particular, my partner received advice from staffer Kim Hixon who recommended a topical treatment for knee arthritis which worked and facilitated better sleep. Kim was very pleasant and knowledgeable. NCW has deal specials on each day of the week and various discounts for certification visit, medical users, Hatem Bridge toll, etc.

Love this Dispensary!!! Always first choice on my list of needs for the week. I also Love dealing with Cierra was our tender today and she has such good vibes and such a good personality to deal with. Thank you so much for making our experience that much more enjoyable. ♥️ we’ll be back next week again!

Cici deserves a raise, a trophy, and honestly her own spotlight 😂✨ From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly sweet, welcoming, and made the whole experience feel easy and comfortable. She is beyond knowledgeable and really knows what she’s talking about. She took the time to be helpful, answer questions, and make sure I felt confident in my choices instead of rushed or overwhelmed. It’s rare to come across someone who has both the personality and the knowledge, but Cici is that girl. She made the experience not only smooth, but actually enjoyable. If every place had a Cici, the world would be a better and less stressful place lol. She absolutely deserves the recognition for going above and beyond with her customer service. Thank you, Cici, for being amazing!

Kayla is awesome!! She has helped me at least a handful of times and each experience has been consistently positive! She is personable, willing to help or advise with good suggestions, just easy to talk to, and has a great sense of humor. The kind of gal you’d immediately want to hang out with 🙂. This Dispensary is Awesome💯%. The Budtenders always find me the best for the amount I have to spend. The Ladies out front are sooo friendly making it a pleasure to come here. They are quick…without rushing you …so you never wait too long. I’ve waited 20 minutes at most. Shout out to Kevin-you’re Awesome!!!!
