Kent Reserve

This was my first time visiting Kent Reserve. Robby was very helpful identifying options for us. He took the time to explain the rewards program, was very friendly and knowledgeable! Thank you for providing a welcoming, professional service.

There wasn’t the boo basket I wanted so to not make my wife mad Amber made sure to put it in a boo basket and help me get everything I needed for less then 200. Everyone there always makes it worth coming back. I won’t even go to a Delaware dispo. This one is the best!

I live over in Delaware and I actually drive over to this dispensary because I enjoy it more than the ones around me. The staff there always seems super great. Robb has great knowledge and always is nice and friendly with a smile on his face. Great selection of products and types!

I've visited and purchased here 4-5 times at this point and have had several interesting interactions with the staff. I get stared at, very low energy type greetings, looked upon at in the drive through without a word until they get ready. Even if busy or handling another customer, an acknowledgement that you will be helped would be a nice, professional touch. Anyway, I placed an order on Sunday afternoon (1/11/26) and was unaware of the new "Winter Hours" and them closing now at 4pm. The main IG page has 10am-6pm SUN and the visible signage at the business door also lists the original hours of Mon-Sat 10am-8pm, Sunday 10am-6pm. When you Google or Siri Kent Reserve, the hours 10am - 6pm on Sunday also still comes up. The signage should be CONSISTENT throughout and across the board on all socials and on the business door so people are clearly aware. It was an issue for sure because I saw no indication online of an earlier closure or while placing the order and like many, I drive a distance from DE. I arrived shortly after 4pm and was surprised that the doors were locked. I called and after the 2nd attempt spoke with Melanie. Although I did understand her shpiel about new hours, etc. she came off very short and rude. She asked a coworker Brandon where I should be looking on the door for the new hours and he told her the bottom right. There is a sign with small font on the right window of the door that does not stand out with Winter hours changed to close at 4pm on Sunday, however that didn't change the fact that I drove 45 mins to the dispensary after placing the order without being aware of the change. The entire interaction was a bit much and I'm happy to take my business elsewhere.

Amber is exceptional as a customer service agent. Quick to hear my concerns she immediately knew which vape (Indica) I was looking for. Previously I always went Hybrid. Her prompt and proficient knowledge of your stock saved me on the order of $50. So I was only too happy to share my appreciation with a well deserved tip! I plan to continue driving from Delaware because of the friendly, no pressure atmosphere at Kent Reserve. Rock- N- Roll! Rick @StargazerUSA
