About Green Point Wellness Linthicum
Located in the BWI Business District of Linthicum Heights on Elkridge Landing Road, this Green Point Wellness branch holds a 4.6-star average across more than 1,400 reviews. The store sees steady traffic from both local Anne Arundel County residents and travelers passing through the BWI airport area. Reviews split between regulars who appreciate the rotating menu and out-of-state visitors who have had inconsistent product experiences, particularly with carts and pre-rolls. Daily hours run 9 AM to 9 PM Monday through Saturday with an 8 AM to 8 PM Sunday window, giving the shop one of the earliest Sunday openings in the area. Some customers have flagged inconsistent product recommendations from newer staff, but the team is broadly described as professional during smoother visits. Great experience! Chad and Neveah were AMAZING; informative and accommodating! Great deals and a clean store. Definitely coming back!
I asked the staff for suggestions on the best growers they work with and the girl couldn’t name one. She grabbed a “40% off bin” and told me to look through it. I wanted professional recommendations on flower so I could get their best product. Not the cheapest. I wasn’t even looking at prices. I just wanted what’s best.. The cashier was annoyed that I didn’t know exactly what I wanted. Didn’t listen to me when I was talking, and on top of it all, she acted like a child for 2.5 minutes when her walkie talkie wouldn’t work and that made the whole experience awkward. If I knew the area better I would’ve walked out and gone to a different store I’m a very experienced user, I’ve had my med card in Massachusetts for 6 years. So this wasn’t my first rodeo. Unbelievable
Decided to visit while on a business trip from Arizona and I was "robbed" twice at this place. First day I got a .5g cart that was about as potent as cbd. Second time I went I got a 2 gram cart (typically lasts me a month in arizona) of a brand that I get at my dispo in phx. I noticed a TINY bubble in the cart which was a HUGE red flag (my ex worked at a dispensary and its common knowledge that your disposables should not have ANY air bubbles in them unless it was tampered with) but didn't make a big deal of it at the time.........the cart was gone in about 5 days. Couldn't have been any more than maybe .25 grams of product in the cart. I got robbed altogether a total of $100. NEVER AGAIN
I’m honestly surprised this place has so many five-star reviews. Maybe my experience was just an off day, but the service didn’t feel up to par. I bought a single pre-roll for $8 (was on sale). At first glance, everything looked fine—it came in a case and looked like a typical dispensary product. But once I tried it, I was disappointed. It was packed so tightly that I couldn’t even get a proper inhale at first—half of it just burned without me getting anything. It wasn’t until I reached the halfway point that I could actually get a pull. Even once I could smoke it, the product itself felt weak. For someone with basically zero tolerance, I expected it to hit harder. In terms of effect and overall quality, it just didn’t measure up to what I’ve experienced at other dispensaries. Also, and this is a small thing, but when they gave me the pre-roll it came with a huge bag—which felt like overkill for a single item. As far as the overall shopping experience, it felt a bit off. There’s a waiting room setup that I wasn’t expecting—not a problem on its own, but there wasn’t much direction from the staff. There were signs, but no one really greeted me or explained the process, which left things feeling a little confusing. When I finally got to the counter, I mentioned that I wasn’t familiar with their products or pricing and asked a few basic questions. Unfortunately, the responses felt somewhat dismissive, almost like I was being met with attitude or impatience for not already knowing what I wanted. Nowhere was it stated that payment is debit card or cash only, so when I went to pay, I wasn’t aware I needed to have either on hand. Additionally, the amount is rounded up and the difference is given back in cash — again, this was not communicated. The charge also appears as a “Non-Bank ATM Fee,” which I was never informed about at any point. Overall, I’m giving this place a 1 out of 5. I’ve had better experiences elsewhere with more welcoming staff and better-performing products. This one just didn’t live up to the hype for me.
I stopped by Green Point in the Linthicum for some herbal essences & I always leave with a smile. My guy Dan & the rest of the team always do a great job! Don’t listen to the negative reviews!
