I always liked the staff, but this happened before(sometimes wait longer) been coming here for little over 2 years now. I just tried to pick up (mobile order) at GP and apparently walk-ins are more important than mobile orders, when they came in after me and take 20 minutes along to understand there order. Waited in line for at least 15 minutes, and it wasn’t even that busy. So I just walked out. I don’t think I’m going back to GP again. The line system mad unorganized. Just use my 2000 points and not come back. I’m good off them they taking that long to get my order, then I’m good.

I shop from here all the time and i was so displeased for the discriminatory service I received on Saturday, as i was excited for their 5 year anniversary. I am a young black woman, there were two white males at the counter, one was occupied otp while the other, Ryan continually ignored me. As i waited patiently with my ID to check in at the desk, he kept his conversation with another customer and took another mans ID who was behind me. Even after his conversation he proceeded to call another guy behind me to check in. I had to interject to be serviced as if i'm not standing right there in his face, ID in hand and waiting. Again his name is Ryan, and its crazy that this is the type of experience i'm receiving here of all places... I have many other friends who go here and I will tell them about this. Absolutely insane and disgusting. 2/2 Its been about a week and the GM Josh did an amazing job at addressing this situation and putting things in place to where this doesn't happen again. I do appreciate the urgency and genuine care/concern that was attended to this.

Green Point Wellness in Laurel is honestly the best. They offer a large variety with great discounts for everyone and certified patients have discounts every day. I’m a regular here and I love how chill and kind everyone is!! Everyone who works here goes the extra mile time and time again, but I really want to shout out Adam and Neenah for being so down to earth, well informed, and always willing to help.
