I had an issue on my end and the staff took Great care of me getting it resolved. I didn’t get the woman’s name at the front door, but she was very kind and helpful. Karen was also great and I have had her before. She is very knowledgeable. The manager Maggie was also incredible and very helpful to make it quick and easy. As a manager myself In customer service, I know the importance of all of these things and they all deserve a shout out.

As I first walked in, I had no clue on what I was doing. Ashley immediately started helping me. She went through the entire screen and told me about each one what it was for how it works what was good what wasn’t good in her opinion she asked a lot of questions so that she can be more knowledgeable as to what I was looking for She was so pleasant so friendly. She talked with me as if we were friends. I loved her Service). I’d give her 100%. Thanks again Ashley you rock.

The lady who helped me pick out my items was fantastic and very knowledgeable. She was patient and provided great service while guiding me through the selection process. It made for a very smooth and pleasant experience from the start.

It was my first time in and every staff member that helped me from check in, to ordering, to checkout, were super friendly and informative. 10/10 recommend. Only thing I wasn’t a fan of was how tight packed the line was. But busy is expected when you do good business. So it’s all good. I’ll just bring a mask next time.

Amanda, Taylor, Eric V and Andrea were so pleasant to interact with and they got me out in a timely fashion. I appreciated their help! Google only lets me leave one review so I had to update this to include all employees as they were wonderful. :)❤︎ Taylor specifically helped me out so much today 11/26. She was patient and kind, so so sweet. I have loved the vibe of all Far&Dotter associate's I’ve communicated with. 🥰 Updated 12/13 to include Amanda! She was so sweet and helpful!
