Product & prices are great, service is soooooooooooooooooooooo slowwwww, wait time use to be much quicker now it’s always 20 mins plus. They need a better system or to hire more efficient help. Customer service is great but the long line sucks.
The attendant Lady with the nice curly hair is not as friendly or as helpful with product questions and recommendations. She's a little short. I've been in her line twice now and it's more of the same. Other than that it's always a easy, professional process. Thank you.
Absolutely amazing service. The employees are beyond knowledgeable and very professional. Even if they did not have something in stock, they were able to direct us to multiple other sources to help us get what we needed!
From ordering to pick up it is so nice dealing with this dispensary. They have great deals available and their staff is amazing. Reputable brands are usually in stock but the deals here are so good that often you got to jump on it fast. The online and in-store ordering is such a breeze. They also have a wide selection of items in their in-store cases for you to look at. Everything about this dispensary from beginning to end is fantastic.
Staff are great. Knowledgeable too, and even though the store didn’t stock exactly the accessories for concentrates that I was looking for, they still helped me find some other things that I had needed for a while. After, I made sure to purchase some of their concentrate (which is great too btw) even though I didn’t need it just as a gesture of appreciation for the service and business. Very much recommend.
