Ascend Dispensary - Aberdeen

I’m a frequent customer , why workers feel the need to make slick remarks about how frequent I come in as if I’m spending their money is beyond me . I come in follow policy , pay and leave . I have heard on different occasions from different workers making slick remarks about me coming in there . I ignore because why do they care?? who knows . And i wasn’t trying to make the dispo a hostile environment for me , but the workers do not care about making me feel uncomfortable. I was in there in today , Greg at the front desk makes the remark of “ back already “ I say yes . Expecting him to stop there . No . He then proceeds to go on about “ you were just in here last might , my God “ WHY A WORKER FEELS THATS PROFESSIONAL TO TALK TO A CUSTOMER LIKE THAT … I DONT KNOW . I go to the back I get the same girl I don’t know her name , I just saw her last night , but she made NO remark about me just being in there . Because there’s NO REASON TOO. She kept it nice and short . It’s ANNOYING .Don’t say NOTHING to me but hi , what’s your order , have a nice day.

I went here and im glad I did. It was my first time definitely not my last when I’m in that area I will be stopping there.Iesha &JB very helpful and gave a discount for being my first time in. They are very friendly and helpful with welcoming personalities. Not sure the other woman’s name but she did great with her customers to. They are a good team all have great attitudes and customer service. Great product Great prices Great people Great environment all around great place should get 10 stars

I’ve been going to Ascend for about 2 years now. The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Jackson B. was very friendly and helpful when checking out. Great experience and for that I am a longtime customer.

Chance took me to this store. Needed a spot to stop off the highway on my way out of state. Chance didn’t steer me wrong! It was a wonderful. I live in the Baltimore City area and will be making the 45 minute trip up the highway to come back. The prices were comparable to other shops I have been to but their customer service is unmatched. From the gentlemen at the door who checked me in, to Anthony who helped me navigate the store, to Amberlee who ultimately cashed me out - I can’t express enough how fantastic this experience was! I was a “needy” customer with it being my first time there but they were so thorough and made me feel so welcome regardless of my confusion. This is what spending your money should feel like. If I could them 10 stars I would!

Lakeisha checked me out today and she was just so pleasant and enjoyable to chat with. I had to come back in to exchange something and had her again and she was so kind and professional and even gave me a little discount because one of my items had the wrong photo and description on the website when I’d ordered initially. Ascend is a bit out of the way for me, but when I do go everyone is extremely nice and chatty and I never have any problems. The line always moves quite quickly too. My one and only request would be that they expand their edibles selections, but that’s IT. Would highly recommend!!
