The staff in Waterville are top notch. When I needed a recommendation on a product, Kaylee ( I’m pretty sure that’s her name) went over and above. I have never had a bad experience. Karen is another great resource for your products. She does a great job!
I had sent my order to the wrong Theory dispensary, but when I got to the Waterville dispensary, the two women working there sort of teamed up to make everything okay--one of them texted the other dispensaries to be on the lookout. I left with all my order and it took very little time and the only problem was that I forgot to leave the tip that they so richly deserved.
Excellent customer service, they remember you and are quick with each transaction. Great deals. I have some shops closer to home but prefer them.

I didn’t get a good vibe from management, and there was an individual advertising needing funds for his baby on his tip jar, which felt like a bit of a guilt trip.
