Lance & Zeb. 2 staff members who are incredibly patient, helpful and personable. The products here are of the highest quality of any other store around, with a top notch team. Definitely made Cloud 9 my first choice and won't regret it.
Lance was a happy, welcoming budtender for me and my daughter. She was getting her FREE dispensary card. He showed us most all of the products at the store and my daughter and I had a blast for sure. On a particularly busy Tuesday with a customer with a million and one questions (seriously the lady went on for a least 10 minutes) Jeb patiently answered every question with respect. The time gave me an opportunity to check out every single item in the store(as I said the lady was a talker), phenomenal options btw 😁 I've never had such an opportunity to survey everything in there before and I've been a patient/customer for a year. I love this place and all it's staff. Super kind and helpful!
