I always have a great experience when I stop by, and a big part of that is because of one of the sales associates here. Destiny is consistently helpful, polite, and incredibly knowledgeable. No matter what questions I have, she takes the time to explain things clearly and makes sure I feel comfortable with my purchase. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping customers find the right product rather than just making a sale. Her positive attitude and professionalism really stand out, and it makes a huge difference in the overall experience. It’s always a pleasure being helped by someone who is both friendly and informative.
Went in yesterday. Get some product. Informed the person that the product I got previously melted and was all over the container including the top of the container and on the outside of the container. She told me if that ever happens again, all I have to do is go back with the container, preferably immediately and they'll do an exchange. So I get my product go out to the vehicle, and open it up and lo and behold, It's about the same as the previous product. I walk inside, show it to her and she seems to agree with me. But there was a gentleman there who was like nah, not bad enough. I argued a little bit with him, to no avail. I walked out knowing that I am not going to return to any of your stores. Plus with the 14% tax, I might just go back and see my buddy again.
