Louisiana operates a medical-only cannabis program. A valid recommendation from a licensed practitioner is required to purchase. The 4.5-star rating across 8 reviews reflects solid customer feedback. One recent customer noted: "Absolutely phenomenal experience at Clouds and Cocktails! Their range of smoking accessories is unparalleled, ..." — useful color on what to expect. Expect flower, vapes, tinctures, topicals, and approved concentrate. Operating hours: 7 days a week, with the schedule listed on the shop's profile. For New Orleans customers comparing options, this listing covers the practical details — address, hours, rating context, and the regulatory framework that applies. A quick call ahead is a reasonable step for first-time visitors, especially when published review history is limited. For new visitors, the cannabis club category covers a range of formats and price points. Bringing a state-issued ID is wise for any cannabis purchase, regardless of whether the shop requires a card. Many shops in this region build their reputation through repeat customers rather than walk-in volume, so a return visit often unlocks better recommendations and pricing tier access.
