Kentucky Alternative Care

I paid my first visit today to KAC. Molly has been very helpful on the phone prior to my visit. Zach was my budtender, who was VERY helpful and informative. We all know the roll-out wasn't great, but this is a great start. No, it's not Michigan, but we'll get there. I also appreciate the way Zach came over and introduced himself to me. Very attractive, bright office. Can't wait until there's a lot more competition among growers.

I had the opportunity to test the waters yesterday, and yes the pricing immediately stood out, which makes sense since it’s the only store in Louisville offering its product. However, the top-shelf flower was high quality, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. No line, was in and out, and friendly other customers. Although it was on the expensive side, I’m pleased with both the product quality and the service. Thank you.

I went on opening day and there was a bit of a line. I was super impressed that they had warming stations outside for the patrons, they were much needed during this horrible weather. The store is beautiful on the inside and staff was amazingly friendly and helpful(this matters most) yes, the prices are a little high compared to what we are use to paying but I also understand supply and demand and don’t think we’re UNREASONABLE. I’m sure in time the prices will drop. I will definitely be back to shop and so happy to have local resources instead of having to make long trips for cannabis.

Went the opening day, yes it was cold and there was a line, but They had 2 large heaters going the entire time, and they had free hot coffee for everyone in line. Inside everyone was professional and courteous. The staff eager to help and share their knowledge. It was definitely a memorable experience and I can't wait to go back!

Was there opening day and had a great experience. Haley was very knowledgeable about all the products and I learned so much new and helpful information. While options were limited, I was thrilled with what was in stock, and I am looking forward to what is still to come. Staff was top notch starting with the door greeter that kept checking on us to make sure we weren’t frozen to death, to the check in girl, and all the other staff. Wonderful experience!
