Havnt been open at the advertised times in days and close early than advertised wasted 3 trips here already 😑....I did call said nothing about hours.

Recently visited and had a great experience. The person behind the counter was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I left with exactly what I wanted at a good price. Will visit again soon.
I used to love this place. They are always changing and improving, but I hadn't been in a while and they made a change where you have to show your ID to the camera before you walk in. I wasn't aware of this and my husband walked off while I was still getting my wallet out of the car. I tried to run in behind him and one of the guys behind the counter started freaking out. Instead of just asking me to go back out and show my ID, he yells at me and starts calling me names. I went out and showed my ID the camera and when I came back in, he proceeded to yell about how it was posted on the door and how I was an idiot. He didn't even bother to let me explain anything. I tried apologizing and he just kept getting more irate until he finally went in the back and got another (much nicer) employee to help us. It just left such a bad taste in my mouth that I don't think I will ever spend my money there again. My husband was so angry with the way this guy was talking to me that he was ready to jump over the counter. What a horrible experience. It really is a shame because this place is amazing otherwise.
