Forget the insane prices which are laughable, the dude manning the front desk is an absolute tyrant. Gave him my id and he scanned it, thought i was good to shop like always. This guy yells at me and says you have to wait here until we tell you you can go over there and then says is that understood is that understood in a tone if i was not in their business he would have got checked instantly. Not a good look for a dispensary i will not be coming back, he should be fired on the spot, you can't treat customers like that!
Taxes in IL are crazy but not their fault. Aside from a total of more than 30%, it’s a good shop. Super quick, everyone is friendly. They offer regular deals and have a rewards program. This place was incredible. I walked in for the first time and was greeted by a smiling face with a very kind demeanor. I explained what I was looking for and someone helped me right away! He was very knowledgeable and helped me find exactly what I needed. I truly enjoyed the atmosphere inside, it was visiting with energy and positivity! I was looking to buy a friend a pen battery, they had several options for a very good price. I was shocked at the prices, very pleased! It's week's later and my friend still loves the pen, says it's the best one he's ever had and it came with a free warranty!
I have only been three times the people were polite,,very helpful and I was greatfull. The facility is well light, very clean as well as inviting. No pressure from employees great selection of quality merchandise. Go check them out you will be happy.
I have never had a bad experience at 'Spark'd'. The employees are all friendly and very knowledgeable willing to assist when needed. The establishment is always clean and the atmosphere is all around pleasant. There is not a long wait to get your order. They offer daily specials and they host special events about once a month. The lounge areas are very cozy. My significant other and I come here at least 2-3 a month
