Was in not too long ago and staff was very helpful, especially Sean. I'm still relatively new to smoking and the kiosks can be overwhelming. Sean's calm and friendly demeanor was so refreshing, it was like talking with a friend. Sean listened and understood what I was looking for and he was able to make some excellent recommendations. Sean even took the time to explain what effects I might experience with the products I was buying. I was super impressed with his knowledge!!! After all was said and done I really appreciated Sean's help and felt more confident when leaving. I'll definitely be back again.

Asante, what can I say always brings a smile to my face every Wednesday morning. Easily my favorite person there. Nothing against the others. But Asante always make sure I know all the deals. She always double checks if my products are accurate. She has such a good vibe and great smile. I always enjoy the conversation we have as well. :) thank you for the kind heart you show every time.

I arrived this morning a little after doors opened and I only had exact change for the product I ordered I also didn’t have my debit card on me! Since I arrived early I received the door buster deal but was short by a little bit and the wonderful Coleen worked her holiday Magic and gave me a little bit more of a discount so I could take both products home with me. I am a new Plainfield native but incredibly familiar with the area and this will be my new local spot! The service here is always impeccable and I’m never disappointed.
