Awesome staff 5 stars, NuEra had a item on the menu, marked Flower but was Smalls , I didn’t get her name, but the manager told me to come back & she would make it right & she did! Truly great customer service. 😎
Never disappointed with this place! Everyone is super welcoming and helpful. Jesse is always there to greet me with a smile when I pick up my order. Their products are always good quality and fairly priced. Stop into nuEra; I HIGHLY recommend 🫶💨
I just want to say that every time I come to nuera everyone is so nice and helpful, but the one person I think that shines the most is a man named Derek at the Pekin location, he literally listened to my concerns about my anxiety and panic disorder and finding the right item for me. I was there to pick up my order and Derek talked to me about several different products and I told him I'd rather him choose because I am new to marijuana. Well he picked a really good brand of flower for me, when I say that I didn't have one single negative or panicked thought like I did with a other brand before this specific one. He even have my a bag of HAPPY BIRTHDAY gummies for free but the best part is I can actually see the light at the end of the tunnel now because I am not longer a huge mess of nervousness and panic. I highly recommend going to this location and ask for Derek 😀 not that everyone else isn't amazing, they really are, I'll be back myself for a matter of fact and I'm not going anywhere else. Thanks to everyone all of the staff y'all are amazing. I will honestly prob. Come in and ask for Derek he really did help me so much and that is much appreciated, thank you and thank everyone for helping me feel welcome and like myself again tmi haven't felt like myself in about 9 long years, but you all were able to make that happen.
