We live within five miles of several dispensaries and Altius is by far the best. Great staff, so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They carry terrific product. Their loyalty program and doorbuster deals are easy to use—generous and enlightening—we have discovered some of our favorite strains through doorbuster freebies!

I came in because I don’t sleep very well at night and wanted to find an alternative to NightQuil or Benadryl. I was helped by a girl named KelaB, and she was absolutely amazing (and smelled great too!). I can be pretty picky and indecisive, but she took her time with me and never rushed the process. She asked what I was already taking and what my day-to-day life looked like. I explained everything I had going on, and she said, “Girl, I think I have just the right gummies for you.” Kela recommended something with CBN because I told her I didn’t want to feel high or paranoid—I just wanted to feel relaxed so I could fall asleep and stay asleep. She told me to trust her, and I’m so glad I did. I’ve been sleeping soundly, waking up feeling refreshed, and I’m noticeably less irritated. Even my family has commented that I’m not as high-strung anymore. Kela did a fantastic job. She let me ask as many questions as I needed and made me feel completely comfortable. I will definitely be back and will be sending people her way. She truly has a magnetic personality customer service unmatched.

Walked in feeling so welcomed by Kelly today at check in. It’s Always clean & even decorated for the all the seasons. Everyone is so friendly welcoming knowledgeable & helpful when looking for new products. The whole staff is amazing. Tiffany is my go to girl for strains ! Over all every single bud tender becomes more knowledgeable the longer they work here. Security staff are so friendly as well. & Best part is Really the PRICES & selection!

Best recreational dispensary in Orland great staff always polite very very respectful and their knowledge is top-notch. If you’re having doubts of going just go, they will take care of you.
