I’ve been a loyal customer here for almost a year — I live right across the street at 770 Skokie Blvd. When the store first opened, the staff were friendly and respectful. But lately, the service has completely changed. Today I bought a small product — a Spring Roll — and when I got home, it was completely empty. When I came back to explain, the staff were rude, cold, and refused to take responsibility. The manager acted like it was my fault, and no one even apologized. They said replacing the item was already a “favor.” I’m not upset about the $17 — I can buy that again tomorrow. I’m upset about how this company treats people. If you keep working like this, you’ll lose every loyal customer. Honestly, I hope another dispensary opens nearby that actually respects people.
