Excellent all around. Friendly, chill staff makes you feel right at home. Always great deals compared to the other dispensaries around (Joliet area) Really high quality products, big full buds that aren’t dried out.
I will definitely make the extra drive to come to this location. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. Chris was my budtender today. What an asset he is to your store. No question was left unanswered. He wasn’t “pushy” but he was informative and offered suggestions. He spent the time that was needed and didn’t make me feel rushed at all. The last time I went in I got a recommendation from Chris. It was great. So today I went in and and had him pick out things to add to my order. He was happy to help asked for my price point and hooked me up with everything I need for my upcoming staycation. All of his choices were great. I am very happy with my purchase.
called in the morning and was told to come in to meet with a manager for what should have been a simple fix, by a ‘manager’ who later admitted they weren’t a manager so they couldn’t fulfill my request after gaslighting me that they were a manager and that what I was referring to was “impossible’ despite having had it confirmed on the phone?… ie assisting with a defunct product.. but “Pj” under six foot young man with curly brown hair and a dnd player aesthetic decided to like be so rude about it for no reason after I had already been jumping through hoops. Had waited like 20 minutes being told I’d see a manager, was sent to the front counter, the girl behind the counter with green hair who has been visibly intoxicated every time I come into the store negated what I stated to her regarding my circumstance, left me waiting for another handful of minutes, only to return to send me back out to my car for more proof (which I had already asked multiple people if I should bring in and had been told not to) she essentially illegally asks me to bring in the store; withholds my id, as she is clearly high and forgot to give it back to me so I nearly didn’t even have it to enter back into the store. I am trying to stay calm and about to re-explain to the security guard why I’m coming back in when she comes running back with my id; at this point I am tearful and asking for a manager as this whole situation was meant to be easily fixed upon speaking to a manager as I was initially instructed to do so. The security guard very clearly told me that he was in store when I called at 9:30 am and knows they left a message to assist me with my issue. Although as if it hadn’t already been established. I was then told by the lying ‘Pj’ if that’s his name, ( he refused to give me his name when I asked, said no managers will be in the store till Sunday, and refused to be helpful at all and came out with the intent to be roleplaying as a manager and get off on whatever slice of power he could get I guess? I formerly had been to this store previously, many of the other staff are wonderful, I’ve never had a bad experience with anyone else, but the way Pj and the alternative girl with the black and green hair who has told me on a separate instance “her munchies just hit” when completing my checkout; are enough to make me never want to return. Really disturbed. At this point I don’t care about a refund but I do want to have these unprofessional “workers” held accountable. According to both ‘Pj’ and the young woman a product cannot be defective if it’s not expired. I don’t think those are mutually exclusive in any other store or industry.
