Thrive Dispensary Mount Vernon

Terrible customer service. Called and said we wouldn’t get an order if we were even a second after 8pm so we parked right out front slightly out of line the marked spot with the hazards on to sprint inside, to run in and save their time as we were right on the line and they wasted time making us move our car even though the marked spot was right next to the door right next to our parked spot. Product is almost as bad as the lady who worked the front with highlighted hair, wish we would’ve got her name. What’s even worse is someone arrived after us at 8pm and they let him in. Would never recommend this place in a million years. I recommend the staff undergo some sort of customer service training as they are rude over the phone and in person to paying customers.

Great dispensary. I've been to a few of these Thrive stores and they are always wonderful. The crew was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Products are top notch. One of the budtenders was very helpful to me in picking out a vape pen. Made me feel at home, no hurry, no fuss.

My wife and I are long time customers at Thrive, and have always had a very nice experience. No matter how busy, the employees are always happy to help enter an order or answer questions. We have had the opportunity to interact with a manger named David, and he is the best! He is so friendly and always goes above and beyond to make sure every customer leaves happy.

Unprofessional. I had asked for a refund or exchange on a item "disposable pen" it was leaking everywhere and they sure "bring in the product" which is illegal to travel with said items but they insured me on the phone that I won't "get in trouble just let them know what we said and the situation" okay. So then when arriving they said stay outside/ wait for a manager to meet you out there. And after the discussion, he hands a business card over and says this is all we can "typically do" and the card is a QR code for a survey monkey. And says you can fill this out and we can see what we can possibly do. Do Not tell me to come in and drive all the way there for no reason to "possibly can do something by filling a survey out" you claimed the lady I talked to was un trained but why did she step away from the phone to "ask a manager and make sure" before I made this trip. And ALSO do NOT tell Customers to Illegally travel with items that are open , especially if your not going to exchange the item? VERY Unprofessional, And full of attitude when they should take accountability. Go ANYWHERE else but here .

Very convenient location, parking lot available (cars only). Had a pleasure to deal with Dylan & Jeremy. Extremely polite and knowledgeable, the weight was less than five minutes, and that is only because I changed my mind and they had to change the product. Definitely recommend this place.
