This place rocks. The staff is great with excellent customer service and Patrick the manager is very aware of his customers and always greets you with a smile. Thank you guys for all the help!

Helped by Rodrigo for an online order pick up for the first time I've been to this location. Pleasant and smooth experience. He went out of his way to tell me about a good deal they were running for the day, which was noice.

My experience at this place was very good at first and consistently shopping there since they've opened and always spending a pretty penny there in fact I thought they were a good store.... Always has great sales! But of recently products such as flowers have been truly underperforming example bought premium shake it legitimately smells like oregano the spice along with other products but yet I would still try new flower trying to be optimistic simply because this is one of my favorite stores I liked.... Even the pre-rolls are questionable I got a deal a pre-roll for a penny get home look at the label it literally says Delta 9 on the label. Buyers beware!!!!!!!!

Not paying attention to customer’s needs. I stopped by to buy a product that was 40% off on sale and was sold a regular flower instead. I was going to buy a popcorn not the flower which was $12 cheaper before tax. I told the associate that the final bill is higher than I expected ended up adding extra $$$ not to look embarrassing in front of the guy. I left the store and returned within the minutes to do the exchange or something to make it right and they refused to help me out. Security guard was also mean forcing me to leave the store. Customer service could be better.

I went here not too long ago and was help but a fella named Don I think. Super friendly fella and very knowledgeable too. It was my first time going into a place like this and he made me feel very comfortable. I ended up picking some of the things he recommended based off the questions he asked me on what I was going for and I gotta say I’m feeling great. Thanks Don! 10 out of 10 would recommend!
