Curaleaf IL Justice Dispensary

I live in Florida. Someone at this location linked a woman in Illinois to my rewards account and now no one can figure out how to fix it. I am getting her order notifications (to my email and number!!!!!!!!!!) and can even cancel her orders through the app. I can't call the store directly but it started on 2/19/26. Maybe someone will be motivated to fix it if all your customers find out their carefully curated rewards account can be taken from them in minutes by a careless employee linking them to someone else. Please for the love of god someone figure out how to fix this and find a better way of verifying the people you're linking.

Love this location. Every time I visit Jay is always beyond helpful. He’s super knowledgeable and helps me find everything I’m Looking for. He knows his stuff and is always friendly every visit. 10/10 service by him each time

I come here all the time! Customer service is amazing and they’re so friendly and personable. I don’t normally write reviews but Jay helped me out this morning and honestly his energy was a great boost to my day! I’m unsure of everyone’s names but I see same people in there working all the time! Yall are killin it!

Curaleaf never disappoints! The product quality is consistently top-tier, with a great selection and prices that actually feel fair (which is saying something).
