Christopher was amazing! He was super helpful, knowledgeable, and patient, and really took the time to answer my questions and make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. His attitude made the whole experience easy and comfortable. Customer service like that is hard to find huge shoutout to Christopher for going above and beyond. I’ll definitely be back!
I went to Rise last week and got awesome service like I usually do! Check in is easy peasy and knowledgeable staff that always have great recommendations! I went out to my car, and my car battery was dead. I reluctantly went back inside and asked security if someone could help me..?? 2 minutes later - Adam who was the manager on duty came to my rescue and offered to give me a jump. While my car was charging, Adam noticed I had a dog in my car and he told me about Rise’s involvement with their local humane society and several other non-profits. Adam got my car started! I offered to tip him and he politely refused. So, I felt like leaving a review is the least I can do and I hope Rise Execs realize what an amazing employee you have!
Really love this location. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. Adam hooked me up with products that I didn’t even think of using like the chocolate the Gummies and the drink can’t wait to try it out.
Adam was awesome. He let me know what I received and it was even more better when I got to cash in my $30 reward.
