Today was my first day going to NT and I was highly disappointed in my cashier. She started off friendly and helpful, but my friend ans I had never been there and we had never seen their menu. It was inconvenient to search through ALL the products via Leafly, but it seemed to annoy our cashier more than my friend and I. She got impatient with us and huffed n puffed and made comments under her breathe about our "taking too long". I spent $220 and my friend spent $120, so $340 worth of products = a bad attitude from Cashier #43528. I've been to over 10 dispensaries on Illinois, and many more in Colorado and Missouri. Nature's Treatment treated me pretty shitty, especially for the money I spent.

Pretty decent experience other than not being able to view product before purchasing when shopping in store. I was unable to view the full menu online without making a review halfway through so that was a disappointment. It seemed they had a lot of options to choose from. Would've been nice to know. 4 Stars.
There is one specific budtender I tend to look for each visit because of how much she caters to her customers. I believe her name is Liz, she always greets customers friendly, and goes above and beyond to be helpful and knowledgeable. She has the best recommendations and knows what I want before I do! Have been going since they opened thanks to 1 bud tender specifically. I'd get easily overwhelmed by the large list, but she is knowledgeable in their products, listens to what you want, and helps you find the best items for your needs making it easy and stress free. She takes pride in her work and always goes the extra mile to ensure her customers are happy. I will keep returning due to her friendliness, professionalism and welcoming nature.
