Jake was so helpful, kind and gave the warmest welcome. The staff here really knows their product and can effectively support medical patients which is a huge bonus! From the security guard at the front to everyone you encounter inside the shop itself the vibes are right. They have a plentiful selection and the shop is well laid out. I highly recommend Aroma Hill! Thanks for the excellent experience.
I hope they do read these, honestly great customer service but i just went 2 hours ago for this cart and battery and the top extra part that makes it look like a pen got stuck on the cart and by the time it came off it took the mouthpiece too🤦🏾♂️$45 to the drain i hope they do refunds i have my receipt!
10/10 experience here. Would just like to say what wonderful staff this location has! Such great vibes right when you walk in and the manager Jake really took the time to explain their selection and get me exactly what I was looking for. Young man really knows what he is talking about and I appreciated his patience. Happy to find such a nicely run store, cannot wait to come back again.
