This place used to be great fast service and friendly workers. Now they literally have a single person working the entire floor of the store every time I come in. One single person checking out customers, taking orders, answering questions and maintaining the lobby. Lines are regularly backed up halfway throughout the store and it takes 30 minutes to even check out. And you can forget about receiving help placing an order. And in addition to everything else their stock and variety has become severely limited. Many of the products I used to purchase here are still out of stock despite employees saying that they've ordered more. Oh and even though the company has been saying they will allow for card payments soon. Almost a year after opening all payments are still cash only.
How do you sign up for rewards? I've tried multiple times as well as crew still cant get signed up? Overall great experience! Ascend in Springfield is my go2 but this location has become my spot. Crew willing to help if need b. Vibes A+++ pricing A+++
Expect to wait 30-45 mins regardless if you’ve placed an online order, the time of day or day of week your show up There are never more than two cashiers, there’s no express pickup line and customers without online orders aren’t being directed to in store kiosks, making the wait that much longer
I was told by Kayla, the district manager to Buy a different PreRoll product because I keep getting EMPTY product in my packages. It's happened more than twice. I think she should be FIRED. She doesn't back her product or her Staff and she is not a Good Person at ALL.
Glad I checked it out. Very helpful with placing my order. Also hooked me up with some topical too and directed me to the sale items. Dude even helped me out with my Google Maps. (He "un-muted it") A great place to shop.
