Zen Leaf, as a national Cannabis company, has the potential to be the Costco of Dispensaries because of the people they bring on board. From the budtenders to higher-up management, your needs as a medical patient or recreational user will be met. Recently, I had an accident in which a miscommunication by someone in management was made, and it was swiftly corrected and resolved, with both myself feeling confident in returning as a medical patient and where Zen Leaf can continue to be a company that admits and owns up to its mistakes, unlike many dispensaries that put little to no care into their staff and brands they bring on. I look forward to continuing to shop at Zen Leaf, and I’m grateful for both the director of customer support and the general manager, Joe, who’ve shown exceptional senior leadership skills that will be seen in executive roles in the near future. Their knowledge of people, plants, medicine, and humility will take them places.

Kevin was awesome and very helpful. He just seemed so happy to greet me and take care of me at the counter. I asked for some recommendations and he helped me out a lot. Was so nice to talk to, he made the experience top notch.

She kept me updated the whole time and even reached out to let me know once the cameras were back up and running.
