I had an excellent experience with Glee! His customer service was truly outstanding from start to finish. He was professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was handled smoothly. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained things clearly, and made the entire process stress-free. It’s rare to come across someone who combines efficiency with such a positive attitude, but Glee does exactly that. I truly appreciate his responsiveness and dedication to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend working with him—you won’t be disappointed!

The constant 20-30 minute lines are one thing, but wait until you travel there only for them not to have your order. I had to pay $10 more for a different product than the one I was told is "ready for pickup" because they refused to take even a single dollar off of another product to try and make up for a really awful customer experience. The manager also wouldn't speak to me and stayed in the back. In summary: they made me wait 30 minutes for a pre order they did not have and then wouldn't do anything to make up for it except say sorry. Awful. Go to Sparkd on 25th if you can. It's run better and never understaffed.

Super cool place, staff is really friendly and able to help you out especially if you’re a new customer. Shout out to Nitro, super awesome guy and great customer service.

This is officially my place whenever I'm in Chicago. Everything about this establishment is top notch! I love the the vibe and their selection is top tier. The bestest ever customer service provided by Amenze. Thank you so much for taking your time to assist and answer all my questions. Kim is amazing as well. Trust I will return ( thinking about going right now😆).

The best experience I’ve had at a dispo in a while! Amazing staff (thank you Nitro ur the man) and a stunning space! Also the munchies at check out I haven’t seen anywhere else - fire🔥 ! A must stop dispo!!
