Javier is AWESOME!!! Very knowledgeable and great customer service! I enjoyed my experience. He wasn’t too pushy to sell me items I wasn’t interested in but he made sure I understood pricing and what I was purchasing! 10/10 I do RECOMMEND
Worst service, they sell defective carts and dont honor exchanges, lost money ,,,, DONT GO there,, avoid this place
They got ride of the point system. The reason I went here. They put the notice at the bottom of the site and don’t say anything unless you ask. Also weight your stuff. They are wrong a lot. Ascend down the street is better. Update new point system here is garbage. They want you to spend $800 to get 20% off your n purchase.
The customer service it not all that great. I made a pre order, applied my points so it would be discounted at the total remaining was $21.19 but when I got there they were trying to charge full price. I notified the person that I had used points and then he said that the points are not stackable and he would have to return the points and charge me either full price or just use a $10 discount when it was supposed to be $40 off. Truly not a great experience and I think I'm going back to ZenLeaf, they only reason I had gone here was for the convenience of proximity.
Went there believing I was going to get flower at 65.85% as advertised online but received 37.65% of the same flower advertised. See photos. I asked the supervisor to make it right with me because he was false advertising and he said he couldn’t do anything. Never be back. Check your product before you purchase.
