Everyone who helped me was great, especially Ryan. He processed my online order and then also gave me some info that resulted in my making an additional purchase. I'm very happy with the product I received, as well as the customer service.
Was trying to match up something which you no longer carried. Jacob made a point of going back-and-forth looking to make sure that even though it was a different brand, everything else matched up. Very nice of him to do and above and beyond the norm. Rest of the staff was also great. Very positive experience.
Luke was essential in getting me the discounts, very nice customer service. Unfortunately i got home and my oz from high supply was only 21gs, missing a whole quad. Never happened to me before, i always weight when i get home. They couldn't really help much besides sending me on a quest to email around and basically resolve an issue created by quality control on their end. Anyway, Luke was a g, the store not so much.
First time here. We arrived not sure of what we wanted. Bry was quick to notice and to help us out. She was knowledgeable, and very friendly. Decided, checked out and left! Great experience.
