If I could rate a 0 I would. My first time in the shop and had the most horrible experience in a dispensary ever. Im from California and just moved here so I've been in a shop tons of times. Not once was I talked to in all these years like I was in consume. Colin was the employee. I will not be going back nor refer anyone. Security guards were super cool though.
I love this place. Well educated and ARI is the best!!! I will never go back to Marion consume... carbondale is the only place that honors the early bird special.
Ari is so upbeat and knowledgeable. She provides outstanding customer service each time I visit your establishment. She is worthy of praise and acknowledgment. Just wanted to let you know. BTW, I never fill these out but her service and attitude compelled me to.
I just went in to make a purchase and ask about my tier 3.. being reset to tier 1. And was told I have to spend more money .....$1250. every 90 days to keep at that tier ...that's the reason Mine restarted..so that's $5000 a year you have to spend to keep tier 3
Great place & atmosphere. Ashley was incredibly helpful in signing me up to get points & discounts, and aiding me in picking out a battery (first timer here lol) overall great person and great business.
