Zen Leaf Cannabis Dispensary

Won’t recommend, the energy is just never good at this location.I was told to go back to my car because I was a penny short. I then had to wait in a busy line again over a penny. Won’t be supporting this dispensary anymore! It’s not about what you do it’s how you do it - the cashier , Jess didn’t even try to accommodate. Let me edit this - I went to grab a quarter and Jonathan literally threw my change on the counter. I hope management sees this and reaches out to me. Also coach their team on professionalism and accuracy!

Disgraceful Customer Service at Zen Leaf Aurora.I am beyond disappointed with my experience today. After receiving a confirmed order at 11:00 AM for $285.20, I arrived at the store only to be told that Zen Leaf would not honor the price due to a "marketing glitch." The lack of accountability here is staggering. Not only was the order confirmed for over an hour without any cancellation or phone call, but the store confirmed they had honored the exact same price for another customer just an hour prior. To let a customer drive 45 minutes only to be turned away because of your own internal technical errors is the height of incompetence. A "confirmation" apparently means nothing to this management team. Here’s the kicker: a friend of mine bought the exact same items an hour earlier at the same price with no issues paid cash on pick up. Even after showing my confirmation email and pointing out the inconsistency, management refused to help. If your system is broken, you call the customer or cancel the order *before* they waste 1.5 hours on the road. Extremely unprofessional. They don't value your time or their own word.

Gary was an absolute all star up at the tablet kiosks. He had great knowledge on navigating & was a rock star with the romancing of our options. Went with the Casey Jones because he knew that was the character from Ninja Turtles, not just an epic Grateful Dead song! Brandon was swift at the register & really assured me of the exciting time I have ahead of me enjoying another adventure that starts at Zen Leaf. Hoping to get helped by Brandon, brings me excitement before I even get into the shop. When I actually, get him at the window, it’s ALWAYS the highlight of my day! He brings excitement and passion with a lot of product knowledge packed in! This guy should be teaching new hires!

This is a terrible company with ZERO integrity. Can NOT be trusted. Is this where you want to purchase something that you smoke??? Sold me a different product than my invoice and what I paid for. From the moment I got the item in my hands to current (4 weeks) still arguing with me about making it right. They DONT want to be accountable for THEIR mistake. I just want to exchange what they gave me for what I actually paid for. Is that so hard??? Shame on me for wanting what I paid for…. DO NOT TRUST ZEN LEAF. Try sunnyside you wont regret it.
