The regular front staff is great,but there is a female Lead/supervisor/manager that's just horrendous in her phone etiquette. I made a phone call regarding about certain edible products and whoever answered the phone at first didn't seem to know (that's fine) and then someone else took the call. I'm a assuming she is in a higher position of sorts. Let me just say from the beginning she started with attitude. I mean absolutely abismal tone. Very condescending responses and honestly at that point it was clear to see that she didn't want to answer my questions. Perhaps they were busy that day, but at least keep up your professionalism and don't do things in a hurry or with such condescending attitude. It's hard to want to support this dispensary anymore. Front staff is great,but Upper management Staff/supervisors seem to have a high horse. Rather take my money where everyone has proper customer service skill and no blatant disrespectful attitude. Will not be coming back to this place ever again. Train some your staff in better phone etiquette skills and don't be so rude.

My second time there was a much improved experience for sure thanks to Shannon, she was informative, friendly and just out and out a joy to deal with! I will be returning with the hopes of another pleasant experience.

There's a female lead/supervisor (I'm not really sure what her official title is,but she's not one of the regular employees up front.) she's absolutely rude. I asked one of the employees a question pertaining to one of the carts and said employee didn't know. Which is fine in itself,but I asked to speak to a higher up...and oh boy...where do I even begin? First of all she was very condescending AND had no knowledge of anything it seems. I understand if your regular employees aren't well informed, BUT an employee that's a higher up is absolutely absurd! How does she have a higher position when she's lacking in knowledge and proper customer service?! I tried calling Corporate about this and it's been absolutely swept under the rug. I cannot in good conscience support a business where the higher ups have no knowledge of the product they are providing to customers. Please take your money somewhere else, where you are guaranteed the product you're using is safe and won't encounter such rude behavior.

I believe her name is Didi? I'm not sure if she's a manger or supervisor BUT the way she treats the front employees is ridiculous. As a customer I have witnessed it at least a few times when I have walked in. I saw her give attitude to multiple customers and employees...Not sure if she has connections,but I'm amazed by the sheer of unprofessionalism she has showed on multiple occasions. I talked to Kyle (which I believe he's the main lead) and he said he would talk to her. Nothing came out of that. I will be taking my money somewhere else. The level of unprofessionalism should honestly be reported to corporate. She has ruined the experience out of this dispensary for me. Please do better in training your leads.

This is a great location convenient for people in Wisconsin looking to come across the border. The staff are friendly, and yes, these are Illinois prices but the quality is good and there’s usually a sale going on. Very quick, easy and straightforward experience with kind staff
