Aloha Green Apothecary - Waikiki

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! The woman at the counter yelled at me and tried to sell me a broken vape cartridge. You could see rhe crack. I told her i couldnt buy this. She shouted me!! I asked to see her manager, she refused!!! Told me to get me attitude checked!! I asked again. She asked if i wanted to be allowed buy or only speak to the manager. The manager solved the problem, got me another but was also insulting! Terrible experience!!!! Dont shop here or theyll sell you broken crap and broken glass

Walked 15 minutes to Waikiki location back in May 2025 and it was closed like for business. Am I missing something?? No one would answer their phone at that location and when I went to king st they were unaware.

I purchased 2 Wedding Cake Diamond carts from the Waikiki location but found they don’t tasted the same as the ones I’ve purchased previously. The containers were not securely sealed and one was open but I did not notice till I was at home. I called the store but was told there was nothing that they could do. I’ve purchased this specific cart on several occasions and have never had problems before. I guess I have to smoke it, but what a waste of money.

Logan was very kind to me and I really appreciated him chatting for a few minutes and he put together great items As budtenders know the inventory and know what I like and I called ahead and they only had several left and he saved it aside till I arrived an hour later The quality has increased with big island and maui products 29.7% is great to have in store good job to all staff keep up the good work Your friend jeff

I’m not sure what’s going on at the Aloha Green, but this place is whack. Brand new 1 g cart, only filled about 3/4 of the way. Seriously, you guys already charge a premium, three times as much as the mainland. How about you at least fill up the cartridges. Dispensaries are supposed to be selling medical marijuana for medical patients. A prime example of profits over patients.
