Harley was so helpful, very sincere and thoughtful when I was indecisive on my order. Her level of knowledge on the product was precise and she made the experience truly magnificent. This was my first time at a Trulieve and I will certainly be coming back
Great customer service; But make sure to double-check Your order before leaving, I asked for Crumble three times in a row & got Wax instead.
This team is amazing they always make me feel at ease spending my money. Akosua, Harlie, and Dez gives the best customer service hands down they deserve a raise. This is my favorite location
The store is conveniently located near me, which is why I have tolerated the nonsense. This store does not adhere to their own express pick up policy. You might as well get rid of it. Too often they have patients come in and behave rudely to other patients, but for some reason, the people who work there defend the people who are rude, excusing them because they have a “mental issue.” This store too often forgets that they are a medical facility. It’s unfortunate because the product is good. It’s just the people that work there Are oblivious to what’s going on in their own store. There’s also high turnover, which is probably what’s causing the other problems. Anyway, I won’t be Back
