I have had my medical card for 20 yrs. I live with chronic pain due to motorcycle injuries as well as a cancer patient/survivor. I had been prescribed lots of pills that not only didn’t help my pain but ended up causing more problems. I’ve recently moved back to the area from having lived out west. I was worried Florida would be behind and a medical Marajuana card expensive and my choices of pain relief as well as the anxiety that comes with chronic pain slim. Since moving back I’ve trod many of the area’s dispensaries. Trulieve is a blessing. The store is so easy to navigate both as an online and in store customer. I’m older and on disability. Some dispensaries rush and get put out if you don’t preorder. Which means using our somewhat challenged computer skills. And when your in extreme pain can get very daunting to some of us. Never has any employee or management rushed me or worse. Shamed me and loudly made me feel unwelcome and basically laughing at older customers. Trulieve at 800 Capitol Circle N. E. Tallahassee Florida has The Best Bud Tenders to help us in a calm knowledgeable manner. The kindness and respect they show each customer is refreshing and personal. The staff greets you quickly. Acknowledging your arrival and if you have come once they remember your name! And by the 3 rd visit not only remember your preference of strains. But they will go the extra mile and explain new strains and non thc answers to help with your health. Never pushy or rude. I’m not sure if using names is allowed. But my favorite Bud tender is 10 ft tall to me and makes me feel so welcomed and appreciated. The crew at Trulieve are truly there to help and make your dispensary experience a good one. The reason I go to this one. Human interaction if you prefer that. Yet quick and easy check in and out if preordered on line. Try the Best Bud Tenders and remember to tip. They help us through such painful lives. Helping us to actually participate in life. Not sit by watching the world around us stupefied by prescription pills leaving most to their couches and beds. I’m writing this under my real name because I’m a consistent customer at this Circle Drive location and I believe accountability goes both ways. I shop here multiple times a week due to convenience, and I spend a significant amount of money at this store. Recently, I asked a simple question about a discount on my account. I wasn’t upset or demanding — I just wanted to know whether it had already been used. Instead of assistance, I was told to “figure it out online.” No one offered to look up the transaction, explain it, or provide a customer service number. I later contacted customer service myself, and the issue was resolved quickly. That tells me the problem wasn’t complexity — it was willingness. More concerning is the overall tone of the store. There is rarely a greeting upon entry, pickup orders feel disorganized, and interactions often feel dismissive or inconvenienced. I consistently hear staff complaining about internal emails and management issues while customers are present, which does not create a professional environment. I value good customer service and respect people’s jobs — but respect should be mutual. When customers are spending regularly, basic courtesy and professionalism should be standard. I hope management reviews this and invests in improving the culture at this location.

Love this location. The customer service is amazing, the flow of check in is a breeze, the products and sales are ALWAYS there. I will only come to this Trulieve in Tallahassee. Business is always A1 here. Clean environment, great energy, and mostly great people that provide great service. Highly recommended.

I was diagnosed with cancer in 2024 and trulieve is the only place I trust to get my medicine. They always have a huge variety of products, great sales all the time, never have to wait long, and a decent rewards program. This is my store and the only place i buy medicine from. I have been to most of the dispensaries in town, and i still prefer trulieve. They also have the best budtenders. Terrell and Alexander, especially have been the most courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. They make the entire experience comfortable and fast. Love trulieve!

Quick, polite, and very professional. He handled everything smoothly and made sure I left satisfied.
