Terrible service, from not ONE, not TWO, but THREE workers. I made a effort at calling and getting their names, the call gets dropped. I believe one's name is Jake and he's African American, along with two other females of brighter descent. These are some of the most unprofessional people I've ever met at any dispensary in my life. Me and my friend on 2/21/2026 at 2 pm. while purchasing medical marijuana were harassed by workers for being a young age, and not knowing how to swipe our debit card. We were made fun of by all three cashiers, and my friend couldn't even get his payment to go through. He came out empty handed. They continued to make fun of us with customers that walked in until I finished my purchase and we left. I always have issues and problems with the payment and workers unprofessionalism at this dispensary. Terrible experience, do not go, plenty of better flower and carts in town. TERRIBLE.

My husband and I had a very disappointing experience here. We tried calling twice (9:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.) and were left on hold for about 30 minutes each time before the calls were disconnected. As new customers with valid cards and prescriptions, we had questions because the information we needed was not available on the website. Since we couldn’t reach anyone by phone, we went into the store to ask about tinctures and options for daytime pain relief. Unfortunately, the staff was aggressive, rude, and arrogant. Two gentlemen immediately snapped at us and tried to separate us before we even had the chance to explain what we were looking for. We were simply trying to learn. There is nothing wrong with asking questions or sitting together while discussing products before making a purchase. Instead of guidance, we were treated with hostility. It was by far the worst customer service experience we’ve had, and we left without buying anything. There are plenty of other places in Tallahassee and surrounding areas that are willing to answer questions and treat customers with kindness and respect. Unfortunately, this was not one of them and we will never shop there.

Very poor customer service by all team members other than the black lady who is always nice. This store sells more defective, non working product than any dispensary in Tallahassee. I brought back a broken cartridge, the gal working told me I had to come back with my receipt, bring the cartridge back with a receipt only for them to tell me now I must have the original packaging to the product, which mind you is their exclusive brand. This is a lucrative way to do bad business. Making it this hard to return something that is defective, on top of the employees being so rude about it is completely unacceptable. Go to trulieve. Where they take your returns like normal businesses, their staff is kinder, and their Products are better. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE. They will take your money, GIVE YOU BROKEN PRODUCT AND REFUSE TO CREDIT YOU OR ALLOW YOU TO EXCHANGE. BY THE WAY, they claim the DOH has this rule in place, mind you no other dispensary in Tallahassee operates this way. Terrible business. Terrible service. Horrific product.

I have been coming here for 2 years. The service is amazing the products are certainly poor. This is a full size number. These are not full size servings. They are selling roaches. I feel like I have to walk away from these products and I’ve been buying them for years.

I actually swapped out from MUV to here because they have a larger variety and thier pot is pretty good. MUV is closer to me but I still make the trek cross town. Why a 3 then? Their customer service is terrible. With the exception of being waited on by Mark the very first time i went in, every single time I go in it appears the folks up front hate life or me one of the two! Not just 1 person either and everytime. Ive even attempted to lighten the mood which sometimes works but I'm your customer trying to lighten your mood and I shouldnt have to. I understand everyone has bad days but this isn't that. This is simply poor customer service by folks just going through thier daily grind and it shows they dont really want to be there or care. A smile or even hello goes a long way. Just saying.
