Trulieve St. Augustine Dispensary

I’m not even gonna lie… I only go to Trulieve cause Dave works there. You ever walk into a place and immediately feel like you belong there? That’s Dave. Dude knows his stuff, explains it without sounding like a textbook, and somehow makes the whole experience easy. No pressure, no weird vibes — just solid energy and real help. If Dave is there, I’m good. If he’s not… I’ll probably “check back later.” 10/10 would recommend. Mostly because of Dave.

Ken processed my order in the drive-through today, and his service and attitude was fantastic! The car in front of me had an issue- they grabbed the tip jar and then were very rude, yelling through the drive-through, it was alarming and caught my attention. But not only did Ken handle them well, he spoke to them with kindness and respect despite being shouted out. I noticed he also composed himself and handled the next transaction with me with a great attitude! He’s always got a smile on his face, and a joyful disposition, and today was no different! My location is lucky to have Ken on staff, as my interactions are always 10 of 10 when Ken’s on the job!

I’ve been a regular at Trulieve for over a year now, visiting multiple dispensaries around St.Johns County, and hands down, the standout experience every single time is when Davis helps me. (His badge is a bit worn and hard to read, but he’s the tall, muscular guy with tattoos—can’t miss him!)** Davis is incredibly knowledgeable about the products, strains, terpenes, and what might work best for different needs—he takes the time to listen and genuinely tailor recommendations without any pushiness. He’s always helpful, patient, and super personable, making the whole visit feel easy and enjoyable rather than just transactional. Out of all the budtenders and sales associates I’ve dealt with across town, he by far stands out as the best. It’s genuinely a pleasure every time he assists me, and he makes me want to keep coming back to Trulieve specifically because of him. Trulieve is lucky to have such a great team member—keep up the awesome work, Davis! Highly recommend asking for him if you see him on shift.

The team in here is amazing, everyone is down to earth and HELPFUL! I never feel rushed if I’m going inside to do an order. They know me by name, I know they probably know a lot of people by name but that still makes me feel welcomed! They’re always making sure I’m getting the best deals! The only thing I want to change is I NEED KOKO PUFFS all the time!!!! Thank all of you for everything!!!

I have a great experience every visit!! Crystal was my bud tender today and as always she was friendly and very helpful! I’ve had the pleasure of getting her a few times and it’s a joy each time! All the bud tenders and employees here are very friendly and welcoming! They all communicate effectively and assist promptly! All my needs are met every visit! Trulieve - St. Augustine is my preferred shop and will continue to be! Great deals and rewards and amazing staff to go along with it!
