Always very friendly and helpful! The guys are very knowledgeable about all the products.
I have waited over a year to make this review. Everyone that works here is very helpful and friendly. However as a veteran weed connoisseur, I will say most of the flower taste like it wasn’t cured properly or like the cure was rushed. Good deals and ok flower it could be better as a cure is what separates a premium flower from an ok one.
Great staff. However, the Store Manager not only does not care at all about the express line. He has his friend, Ashley, come in the store for 5 seconds and get called back without even being checked in online or in person. I was already sitting there watching non-express lined people go ahead of me. Thankfully we have complaints and review in place for this kind of stuff. I hope this one finds you well.
Website had false advertising. Cartridges were twice as expensive as posted. Did not receive any help from management or employees when I showed them. The website was displaying different prices. Drove 40 minutes out of my way for no reason.
I come here often and have no issues. I shop on line as it's usually quicker. That changed on June 10th. I did my usual order online, received the confirmation email stating that they received my order, but I never received a confirmation email that my order was ready until 8am the next day. Needless to say I was a little disappointed. Not sure how that happened. I was traveling out of Tampa the next day and was able to have my script filled at a Trulieve Tampa location. You might as well cancel my order that is ready since I'm on a 17 day work trip. Please do better next time
