Everyone is fantastic. Was with Dee today and very helpful. And knowledgeable. Just wish there were more sales or discounts for seniors and disabled. Being on a fixed income makes it harder to get our medicine.
This store is by far the greatest dispensary in all of Florida. First, the price and selection are constantly kept competitive, fair priced, and high quality. Second the staff, I'm gonna give a big THANK YOU to Anthony, a manager who has gone above and beyond for me to assist with issues that I had no idea how to fix, he was helpful, patient and waited for me to get he appropriate help with my issue. I will continue to use this store over all others and I am thrilled to have this location near me.
Our biggest reason for going here is the CBN caplets; they are the only dispensary that seems to carry them! We love coming to shop their new flowers, they always have a large selection. ESPECIALLY THE DISCOUNT BINS! I wish they would show their larger bags online, but I don't mind the friendly banter with the budtender. They take their time with each person that comes in; I never feel rushed or like my purchase isn't good enough. I always leave feeling happy and like I've saved some money. Definitely check out their reward system if you haven't!
Love Trulieve!! As a new user they made everything so simple and seamless not to mention their patience! it’s so nice to not feel rushed or pressured when there’s so many, almost overwhelmingly, options! The prices are always decent and fair and they always have super awesome deals!! Will continue to be a customer at all their locations :)
I have never had a negative experience that would sway my opinion to give a lower rating to this store and staff. I've only had one minor issue with a cart and it was dealt with immediately by the manager. They've only polite, educated about the product and help keep it a relaxed atmosphere. There are average peak times on Google and I visit when they're less busy. I did just past week, watch one of the staff (I do not know her name), exhibitd the patience of Job with a first time customer. Kudos. The perks could be a tad better but that's a corporate matter. ***update*** Channell was her name.
