The Trulieve Pace Dispensary is a very clean and attractive store when you enter. The employees are well trained, friendly, extremely helpful and they do it all with a smile. They have top notch oral health which means a lot when you are conversing with them. I was a first time customer and Shonda guided me through the experience with grace and aplomb. This is one of the only Trulieve's in Pace/Milton area. I have not gone to any other Trulieve except for in Pensacola and have been to other brand dispensaries. This Trulieve and their staff have become my go to for medical marijuana. This Trulieve has improved since it's release; I would encourage the staff to continue it's efforts to build community and communication, especially for locals and newer medical marijuana users. :)
his place used to be great. Speed has never been their strong suit, but the staff has always made up for it—consistently friendly, helpful, and professional. To be crystal clear: this review is not about the employees. They’re a solid five stars across the board, and I’ve never once had an issue with anyone working the floor. This review is about the pricing decisions made at the corporate level. The timing is… interesting. As soon as Planet 13 opened next door, prices jumped. I don’t like Planet 13 and would rather not shop there, but when your everyday $20 eighths suddenly become $25–$30 for the exact same product, sometimes you’re forced to make choices you’d prefer not to. It’s also pretty ironic that marijuana gets rescheduled and somehow becomes more expensive. To the staff: you’re doing great. To corporate: do better.
