Terrible location. They up charge on batteries. I’ve been coming to Trulieve for years and have never paid $30+ for a trupod. Go to a different location with better and trust service. SCAMMERS!!
Wish I caught the guy's name that helped me out, but he was open to answering my questions, offering his own tips and recommendations. Much appreciated. Customer service is A1. Even informed me they had a type of "satisfaction guaranteed" policy. Incredible.

They bud tenders were very inept and had very little knowledge of marijuana and it's derivatives. The prices are much higher than other dispensarys and the vape carts are much weaker. Ayr is far superior with prices, potency and their employees are knowledgeable. Don't waste your time or money here just go to ayr, spend half as much and get better product
